If I ever do put a photo gallery in your BlogEngine thing (as a widget or extension), let's use Polaroid Gallery.
Edit: Until Huisman says that Telerik also has something like this. Gotta use Telerik. (Maybe. ;) )
Edit: Now using it (see links top right). Does not work in IE8 Compatibility View.

For building a visual navigation structure in delphi 7 using static images and xml-driven flash movies
. Dutch SWF flash movie behind the (big) link. (Will take some time to load).
As YouTube video's can just be inserted with gadgets, I do not need to investigate that any further. I have no active YouTube depository anyway, and I like having unique content here (I guess. How much traffic are people generating to their own site based on YouTube video's? That could be an interesting stat).
Clicking on the lick will open up a shadowbox 2.0 box, which uses JavaScript and CSS to overlay a player on my blog which will play the movie behind the first link in the post. The movie was recorded in Jing (without a mic on the recording PC, unfortunately). I expect to Jingify more Muldis products.
Installing the shadowbox in BlogEngine.NET was done with help from the (outdated) tutorial on kassenaar.com. However, that tutorial combined with the help info on the shadowbox page should be enough if you want to get shadowbox working on your own blogengine.net as well.
Mail me if you want up-to-date instructions for BE 1.4.5. and shadowbox 2.0 using its default methods.
1 Post, 2 implementations of flash, with activex in delphi and javascript player in a .net blogging framework. Nerdy, but nice.
